Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Support Officer based in Singapore. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Business Support Officer will handle administrative tasks, such as diary management and supporting the finance team, effectively manage communications, and analyze data to improve business processes. The role requires supporting the operational needs of the organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism and organization.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving business processes Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders Experience or knowledge in Finance functions Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
