Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business systems for government operations in Boston, ensuring public‑facing systems are efficient, compliant, and user‑friendly.
- Optimize public‑facing system performance.
- Reduce system downtime by defined targets.
- Deliver requirements within budget constraints.
- Improve citizen user satisfaction scores.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across systems.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience in government or public sector.
- Experience in lieu of education accepted.
- Public exposure / public‑facing systems experience.
- Located in or willing to work in Boston.
- Requirements gathering.
- System analysis & design.
