:Reporting to the Manager, Business & Systems Analysis Chapter, the Business & Systems Analyst is familiar with a wide variety of concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to IT and general operations. They rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals, and to do a variety of tasks. The Business & Systems Analyst conducts needs analysis, writes requirements/user stories, collaborates with others, and supports the team to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Work with the team to conduct analysis on business requests with a focus on the links between processes and systems throughout the organization
