We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO 351211) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in meat cutting, trimming, processing, and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements
  • Bone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat products
  • Ensure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of products
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Work with the team to meet production targets
  • Provide excellent customer service when required
