**What you will do**:
- Develop solutions when necessary to meet customer needs for timeliness and quality.
- Organize and maintain the database for the sourcing board.
- Analyze monthly forecasts and send them to suppliers.
- Assure that problems relating to delivery, pricing, and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor vendor performance and on-time delivery.
- Support other areas to assure proper feedback and corrective actions are in place to improve vendor development and deliveries.
- Implement projects related to reducing levels of inventory, excess, and obsolete items.
- Review daily arrivals of raw materials at Customs Broker Warehouse and request them from the Logistics area.
- Resolve discrepancy problems in a timely manner and collaborate with the Warehouse and Logistics teams to solve them.
- Respond to invoices assigned in Maple (AP discrepancies).
