Required Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Embedded systems
  • ECU architecture
  • Automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)

Experience with:

  • AUTOSAR (Classic preferred)
  • Diagnostics (UDS, ISO 14229)


Familiarity with:

  • Bootloaders, flashing tools
  • RTOS / Linux (for Adaptive systems)

Tools & Technologies:


  • Vector tools: CANoe, CANalyzer
  • Debug tools: Oscilloscope, logic analyzer
  • Scripting: Python / CAPL / Bash
  • Version control: Git
  • Test automation frameworks

Soft Skills

  • Strong debugging mindset
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments
  • Communication across cross-functional teams
