Job Responsibilities:
. Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
. Receivables management
. General customer service duties
. Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
. Sending statement of accounts
Job Requirements:
Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
. Proactive, committed and self-motivated
. Positive team player who is also able to work independently
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
