- Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
- Receivables management
- General customer service duties
- Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
- Sending statement of accounts
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proactive, committed and self-motivated
- Positive team player who is also able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
