  • Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
  • Receivables management
  • General customer service duties
  • Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
  • Sending statement of accounts

  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proactive, committed and self-motivated
  • Positive team player who is also able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
