Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Call Centre
  • Monitor Mechanical & Electrical equipment and other system
  • Receive and provide feedback to callers via walkie talkies, telephone and emails etc
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, contractors and ground staffs etc
  • Record and log down daily occurrences
  • Report Generation and Verification

Period:

  • 1-2 years

Location:

  • Changi Airport

Working Hours:

  • (4 days work 3 days off) and (3 days work and 4 days off)
  • $1300 - $1600 (depends on qualification and experience)

Requirements:

  • Able to perform shift duties
  • Ability to multitask in work and good team player
  • Engineering or customer service experience background preferred
