Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product (Study Abroad)
  • Answer questions about the company
  • Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors
  • Enter and update student information in the database
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information
  • Proven experience as telesales representative
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services offered by the company
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
