Job Description
Lancaster University is seeking a proactive individual to join their team as a first point of contact for visitors at University House, Security Reception, and the Facilities Helpdesk. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
You must possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a high level of initiative. This position requires 4 hours of work each day, 5 days a week, in a campus-based setting.
