Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking a Trainer to support our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions for new hires, conducting assessments, and providing coaching to ensure performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, proficiency in Cantonese and English, and a minimum of 2 years of training experience in the BPO sector. This position is based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.
