Job Description
The Capability Development Manager will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs, designing instructional materials, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the effectiveness of capability-building initiatives. The role requires a strong background in program management, facilitation, stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting with experience in operations and the BPO environment.
This position plays a key role in developing future leaders within the organization by ensuring training programs are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business needs.
