Capacity Strategy Analyst

Overview

Your Job: We are seeking an Analyst, Capacity Strategy to support Molex’s manufacturing and supply chain organizations by coordinating capacity planning processes, data, and cross-functional routines. This role plays a critical part in aligning capacity with demand, supporting strategic growth, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the network.

What You Will Do

• Capacity Planning & Governance
  • Coordinate the recurring capacity planning cadence (monthly/quarterly), including meeting scheduling, agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a standardized capacity review process across plants/sites (e.g., utilization, bottlenecks, constraints, recovery plans).
  • Support governance routines that connect capacity decisions to S&OP/IBP, site operating reviews, and business planning.
• Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Consolidate capacity-related inputs (labor, equipment, tooling, floor space...
