Capex Controller

In this role, we are looking for a financial expert who, beyond fixed asset accounting, acts as a true business partner to project managers and department heads.The role:

Investment Control: Ensure the financial integrity of high-value projects (e.g., manufacturing line installations, warehouse developments). Manage the entire CAPEX planning process including depreciation, cash flow, and actual vs. budget analysis—throughout the monthly closing cycles.

Equipment Management: Take ownership of the financial lifecycle of placed assets. Prepare ROI calculations, manage accruals for repairs and maintenance of our cooler devices, forecast new deployments, and perform post-implementation reviews.
