Role Summary

The Care Manager, together with the Area Manager, is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of skilled nursing staff, skilled specialty staff, and support staff on the Seniors North Home Care team, and for establishing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Responsibilities include supporting, coaching, and mentoring staff to safely and effectively meet client needs, collaborating to create and sustain a healthy work environment, maintaining working relationships with all stakeholders, and facilitating the implementation of changes to structure and processes to improve outcomes in client satisfaction, quality of care, and cost containment.
