This position under the direction of the Procurement Manager involves sourcing and securing aircraft materials. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining effective communication with relevant departments regarding shipments and parts availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source quotations for aircraft maintenance materials
• Manage urgent purchases under tight deadlines
• Ensure compliance with necessary certifications for parts
• Liaise with Maintenance and MCC on shipment status
• File procurement documentation electronically
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; Supply Chain education preferred
• 3 years of relevant aviation experience
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite...
