The Category Development Manager is responsible for the overall sub-category growth through strategic planning, P&L management, and innovation, ensuring strong cross‑functional execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall strategy and direction of the sub-category.

• Monitor and assess market trends and competitive dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment in category growth.

• Partner with the channels team to gain BTL support.

• Oversee category P&L to optimize financial goals and resources.
