Change Management Manager - (ERP Background)

We are seeking an experienced senior change management lead - pioneering role for our reputable client in the consumer space sector

What we are looking for

• Strategic Ownership: Owns the overall Organizational Change Management strategy and execution plan for the ERP transformation program
• Operational Readiness: Ensures the entire organization—across all business units, plants, and functions—is fully prepared to adopt new processes, ways of working, roles, controls, and systems
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely alongside Business Sponsors, Co-Sponsors, Workstream Leads, HR, Communications, Training, and the ERP Office
• Proactive Risk Management: Collaborates with key stakeholders to proactively manage organizational impacts, stakeholder alignment, adoption risks, and overall business readiness
