Title: Business Channels Specialist (Open to Fresh Graduates)
The Business Channels Specialist for (digital and non-digital) leads and supports in enhancing the business operations through strategic management of digital ordering access points (including cashless), increasing channel growth and improving consumer experience.
This role ensures smooth implementation of these business channels (digital and non-digital) across stores, works towards process improvement, and provides support to stores on data analysis and feedback.
Driving Digital Ordering Touchpoints

  • Lead in business development and management of digital ordering touchpoints (i.e. SOK, QR Express Ordering, etc)
  • Lead in increasing in adoption rate and usage in digital ordering touchpoints
  • Drive overall brand experience in digital ordering touchpoints, ensuring all interactions are aligned with brand and consumer behavior (i.e. UX/UI...
