We’re now seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team and bring their flair to one of Sydney’s most exciting dining destinations.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Lead by example, supervising the kitchen in their absence and guiding junior team members.
  • Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation across all sections.
  • Support in menu development, mise en place, and maintaining stock control and cost efficiency.
