About the Role


Assists Sous Chef and Executive Chef.


Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to read, interpret and demonstrate the preparation of recipes.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in the same rank/capacity in luxury cruise ships.
  • Excellent command of English language.
