Job Purpose

To prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food in a safe, efficient, and hygienic manner within a busy industrial catering environment. The role supports the smooth operation of the refinery's catering service, ensuring employees and visitors receive nutritious meals and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items in line with menu specifications.
• Ensure all meals are presented to a high standard and served on time.
• Assist in menu planning, including daily specials and healthy options.
• Cater for dietary requirements and allergen considerations.
