Candidate Profile
A candidate Bachelor of Architects with minimum 25-30 years’ hands on experience in Conceptualization/Design Development, Architecture Project Management, Construction Management in mass housing/ high rise residential projects.
KEY Role and Deliverables
Site potential analysis, concept design as per business requirements, formulating project brief, management of design development, construction documentation and site-coordination. Co-ordination with all external & internal agencies, including design architects, services consultants, zonal execution heads, store design teams, statutory liaison agencies, project planners, material & equipment vendors, financial department, business heads and the top management Responsible for design deliveries of concept, schematic and detail design and construction drawing packages for individual projects.
