- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
- Atleast 5 years of experience in Property Management
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in Building Facilities and Equipment Management
- Has strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Decisive and has an eye for details
- Efficient and trustworthy
- Has high sense of urgency
- Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative
- Good organizational skills
