Job Description

The Position


  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of kitchen stewards across multiple outlets and kitchens.




  • Oversee cleaning operations, including dishwashing, waste management, and sanitation processes.




  • Manage chemical usage, stock levels, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.




  • Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate any maintenance or repairs as needed.




  • Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to ensure efficiency during service periods.




  • Implement and uphold all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

  • Previous experience in a Chief Kitchen Steward or Stewarding Supervisor role within a large-scale hospitality, hotel, or events environment.
