Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support driver performance on waste routes
• Conduct safety checks and compliance audits
• Address customer issues and service challenges
• Support route planning and resource allocation
• Track key performance indicators and incidents
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with necessary endorsements
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
