Job Role : CIAM Security Consultant
Work Location : Remote/India
Job Type : Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions across enterprise applications.
- Configures authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
- Implements Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle management for web and mobile applications.
- Integrates CIAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Auth0, or ForgeRock with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Performs solution configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support while collaborating with security and development teams.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Identity and Security Management products such as IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Verify, Tivoli, or similar IAM platforms is desirable.
