Job Description

Circuit Provisioner is responsible for managing the order process, which encompasses validating technical specs, documenting and processing orders including change orders and disconnections, and order tracking.

The provisioner places orders via multiple carrier systems, coordinates new service delivery and turn‑ups with carriers, tracks delivery milestone dates, and analyzes and resolves order issues. The role takes overall responsibility for the resolution of all problems and changes with an order in accordance with standard company policies.

The provisioner updates the Project Coordinators daily, coordinates with carriers to obtain DLR and FOC for orders, participates in weekly conference calls with carriers, and issues orders for different bandwidth types (Broadband, T1, EOC, FastE & GigE).
