Job Description

Responsible for the execution, planning, coordination, monitoring & commissioning of the project assigned by the Project Manager.

Attend site meetings relating to the project assigned & prepare progress reports as and when required by the management & client.

To liaise and discuss with consultants, the main contractor & subcontractors concerning the project's technical & coordination issues.

To prepare monthly progress claims, maintain up-to-date records of the claims and follow up on the payment certificate for the particular project assigned by the project manager.

Responsible for preparing project quotations, cost estimates, and tender documentation.

Manage project timelines, documentation, and coordinate with team members throughout the project life cycle.
