From phonics groups to maths interventions, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.

ECTs or experienced classroom practitioners
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, adaptable approach
Passion for inclusive education
Experience with SEND (desirable)
