Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing company? We’re hiring motivated individuals for **Machine Operator and Packaging roles** with opportunities for **long-term growth and pay increases!**
**Pay & Shift Details**
+ **1st Shift:** 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | **$17.00/hr**
+ **2nd Shift:** 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | **$17.00/hr + 10% differential** ( **$18.70/hr** )
+ **3rd Shift:** 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | **$17.00/hr + 15% differential** ( **$19.55/hr** )
**Upon Permanent Conversion**
+ **Base Pay Increases to $20.00/hr for ALL shifts**
+ **Additional shift differentials on top of base pay:**
+ 2nd Shift: $20/hr + 10% differential
+ 3rd Shift: $20/hr + 15% differential
+ 📈 **1st Shift sees a $3/hr raise** when converted!
