The selected candidate will be assigned to perform administrative tasks, liaise with various local offices and agencies, handle organising events and other activities of the Mission.

Educational Qualifications

The applicant must hold a bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognised institution.

Technical Skills

The applicant must possess excellent IT skills with proficiency in computer operation and software including MS Office, e‑Mail systems, video conferencing setups and applications like WebEx, and basic graphic designing software like Canva.

Language Skills

The applicant must have oral and written proficiency in English and French. Knowledge of other local language(s) would be an added advantage.

Permit Status

The applicant must either hold the nationality of Switzerland or possess valid Category B or C Swiss Work Permit.
