Client Advisor – Emporio Armani (El Corte Inglés, Marbella)
Reporting to the Store Director, the Client Advisor is an ambassador for the brand and ensures that all customers enjoy their entire shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Excellent attention to all customers ensuring that they are properly advised on collections.
- Fulfil individual and store objectives.
- Build strong customer relationships. Collect customer CRM details for the customer portfolio and follow up with them.
- Maintain store standards and guidelines regarding behavior, stock and product.
- Stay updated on our collections, fashion trends and be a fan of the brand.
Qualifications
- At least +3 years of experience in fashion sales – mandatory experience in fashion.
- Good presence and communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion.
