Meeting Matters is Islamabad's leading mental health clinic providing professional counseling and therapy services. We're growing and need a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to be the first point of contact for our clients.

The Role

We're looking for someone who loves helping people, stays organized under pressure, and can manage client communications with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

Client Communication

  • Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media (within 5 minutes)
  • Provide warm, professional first contact for people seeking therapy
  • Answer questions about our services, therapists, and fees
  • Follow up with potential clients who haven't booked yet

Booking & Scheduling

  • Match clients with the right therapist based on their needs
