As a Client Experience Specialist, you will own the complete order lifecycle for industrial clients, from accurate order entry to exceptional after-sales support. This role requires you to engage effectively with clients, understand their needs, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance. You'll collaborate closely with Operations to ensure timely deliveries and build long-lasting client relationships.
