Become an essential HR Business Advisor managing a diverse client portfolio with rich advisory support in a multi-jurisdictional environment. Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices as a primary contact for clients.
In this critical role, you will gradually manage around 60 clients, advising them on employee leaves, accommodations, and performance management. Deep understanding of Canadian employment legislation is crucial, enabling effective resolution of compliance challenges and employee relations issues. Leveraging HR systems and teamwork will be essential for tackling complex cases and providing timely, compliant solutions.
