Drive client success and platform adoption as a Client Onboarding Consultant with AppDirect. Lead onboarding initiatives for a global network of digital entrepreneurs.
This role focuses on coordinating customer onboarding from start to finish, utilizing your expertise in project management and customer engagement. You will facilitate training on the PartnerStack platform, promote effective solutions, and document critical customer interactions to benefit long-term usage. Collaboration with multiple teams will be key to successfully launching these initiatives.
