A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Client Relationship Analyst
Title: Client Relationship Analyst

Position type: Full Time – Contract

Duration:12+ Months

Note:-

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid-4 days onsite and 1 day Remote)


Client Relationship Analyst, You will:

Request Handling (End-to-End Ownership):
  • Intake requests (often incomplete).
  • Clarify missing details with clients/FA.
  • Coordinate with other teams (Billing, Ops, New Accounts, etc.) for the rest.
  • Follow through until confirmation is delivered back to client/FA.

    • Operational Projects:
  • Support 3–4 special projects per year (likely process improvements, audits, or system rollouts).

    • Data Accuracy:
  • Ensure precision in documents with 60–80 fields (high attention to detail required).

    • Custodian Actions:
  • Work with Pershing (NetX360) or...
