Elevate your client relationship skills as a Client Service Advisor in Burnaby. This onsite role focuses on supporting Business Banking and PRA teams with exceptional customer service.
This position provides direct support to commercial banking clients, guiding them through Online Business Banking processes with clarity and precision. You will handle transactions meticulously, conduct follow-ups, and ensure clients feel confident in their digital banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to approximately 15 clients daily
• Conduct follow-up emails for transaction confirmations
