Workplace Plus helps businesses take conventional office leases and turn them into fully managed, service‑led workspaces.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Services Assistant to support our Client Services Managers and help deliver a smooth, responsive and high‑quality experience for our clients.
The Role
This is a junior role suited to someone organised, proactive and keen to build a career in client services, property, workplace operations or office management.
You will work closely with our Client Services Managers, supporting the day‑to‑day coordination of client requests, supplier communication, service updates, invoicing support and general administration.
Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful, but it is not essential. More important is a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
