Robert Half is partnering with a service-focused organization to identify a Client Services Coordinator to support inbound customer inquiries and appointment scheduling. This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings a confident phone presence and is comfortable guiding conversations, managing scheduling changes, and working through time-sensitive customer needs.


What You’ll Do

+ Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and place selective outbound calls as needed

+ Qualify customer needs and guide conversations toward appropriate next steps

+ Accurately document call details while speaking with customers

+ Schedule appointments and collaborate with internal service teams to keep calendars running smoothly

+ Communicate with customers and internal staff to address scheduling changes, availability challenges, and time-sensitive needs
