About the Role

Snapscale is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Client Success Associate who can work onsite to support our Client Success team in delivering an excellent experience to our clients and their virtual assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and eager to learn. This role involves managing client communications, supporting client success processes, and assisting the Client Success Manager with data tracking and issue resolution. This is primarily a back‑office support role focused on client coordination, documentation, communication management, and internal support operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all client communications are acknowledged and responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record all client bonuses, lunch gifts, or any form of monetary gifts to client VAs in the accounting form.
