ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Success Manager to join our team and become a key point of contact for our merchants across both operational and business matters.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, business growth, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong client partnerships, deeply understand merchant needs, identify growth opportunities, track performance, and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and long-term account development.
