Client Support Analyst
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Support Assistant to join a tech business based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be acting as the first point of contact for clients and delivering high-quality second-line support for compliance.Responsibilities:•Manage and respond to client queries from multiple channels.• Investigate issues and work quickly to find effective solutions.
• Build strong product knowledge across our suite of services.
• Keep stakeholders informed on issue resolution and progress.
• Communicate confidently via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Provide specialist support for compliance and rebate calculations.
• Onboard new suppliers into systems and reports with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate directly with clients and their systems to process invoices.
