Client Support Coordinator

We are working with a growing client that is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to join their advisory team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting advisors throughout the client review process.

This role has the potential of being a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare client review updates for advisors before meetings

+ Attend client review meetings and update electronic client files in real time

+ Coordinate follow-up service and support items after meetings

+ Work with internal compliance and broker-dealer partners to answer questions and resolve client inquiries


Requirements

+ 2+ years of client service and/or administrative support experience, preferably in financial services

+ Strong communication and organizational skills
