Key Responsibilities
Customer Database Management
Ensure the quality, consistency, and enrichment of the customer database.
Support data structuring and segmentation for effective clienteling actions.
Clienteling Strategy Execution
Translate CRM strategy into actionable clienteling initiatives.
Support frontline teams in leveraging customer insights and promote a personalized approach.
Target the relevant client pool to support the planning and execution of activation initiatives (events, outreach).
Manage activation calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Analyze engagement and retention KPIs (repurchase rate, frequency, average basket).
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a key point of contact between boutique, markets, marketing and commercial teams.
