Job Description

The Clinical Instructor is responsible for providing clinical supervision, teaching, and mentorship to nursing and care staff, enabling them to translate theoretical knowledge into safe, patient-centered elder care practice. The role supports clinical competency development, bridges theory-practice gaps, and promotes excellence in clinical standards through evidence-based practice, assessment, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical training and supervision for nursing and care staff in assigned clinical areas.
  • Conduct daily clinical teaching, supervision, and elder care clinical rounds to enhance clinical competence.
  • Supervise and assess clinical practice in compliance with SNB, AIC, and SLEC requirements.
