Job Description

Clinical Manager of Willow Program – Full Time Permanent position at Extendicare Cedars Villa, a 243‑bed long‑term care home located in Calgary, Alberta. Willow unit is a 43‑bed unit that provides care to seniors with cardio‑respiratory conditions.

Reporting to the Director of General Programs, you will be responsible for the clinical care and services offered to the residents.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, collaborate and oversee the delivery of resident care services, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of systems and processes to meet the care needs of the residents.
• Ensure that professional standards are maintained with respect to scope of practice and that a team‑oriented decision‑making model is utilized.
• Participate actively in the leadership of multi‑site strategic planning and continuous quality improvement.
