Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage global cloud environments across multiple platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Provide operational support for cloud-related tools and SaaS platforms (e.g., CDN, DNS, SMTP services).
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions and processes.
• Participate in global and regional cloud projects, including implementation and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery and operational support.
• Conduct regular reviews of cloud operations and recommend improvements.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and support audit activities.
